The holes are approx 8.5x4", internet pics can't be the deciding factor. The only lights that fit "OK" are the Hella rally lights, they are $100 and are 7.7"x3.75".

The pic you posted with the valance along with the pics above from the fs listing are not the fogs for that valance. Those are just DB fogs.
