I just recently started taking a "mobile electronics" class, and the bulk of what we cover is stereo installation. There are a number of things that could potentially be wrong, but I don't want to say anything until I gain enough knowledge. Anyways good luck with your system. You could boost your system with your stock speakers and headunit. Just add an amplifier and small sub and you'll be happy.

Yeah, I understand what you're saying. And the Premium speakers that BMW provided surprised me. In my last e30, they too had Premium speakers from BMW..and I thought the PO upgraded the speakers because I was surprised how good they sounded. Something along the lines of what you said is something I'll be doing later on down the road. And thanks! I just need Luke to not be busy!
