My trunk is stuck because I think the trunk need power to unlock and battery dead is there any way to charge the battery under the hood

Yeah, the trunk opens with the key and you press the button in, it’s mechanical. The electric part is how it unlocks the doors when you unlock the trunk.
Can you open the driver side door? Do that, pop the hood, charge the battery.
If you lock system electronics have completely failed you may not be able to open the fuel door, depending on your year model.My son has the 1987 325e, 2 door, 5speed
I daily the 1989 325i, 4 door, 5speed
