    Clutch master fitting

Has anyone used an alternate to the plastic fitting on the top of the clutch master cylinder that doesn't leak? A double-barbed brass for example?

I destroyed the plastic fitting in a fit of rage trying to get the blue hose off. Now I'm looking for a replacement because I'm impatient.

They almost always break when you're removing them, you should get a new one from the dealership, I'm pretty sure they're still available.

This is the problem I have with most of the E36- it's ALL plastic,
and very much not rage- proof.

+1 for you just have to get another. I found therapy to be wholly ineffectual.

Order extras, they aren't too expensive.
