    Feeler FS: 1991 318iS...couple boo-boos

OK guys, I wanted to see what kind of interest my car would generate.

    It's a Zinno 318iS with 160K-ish miles on her.

    The boo-boo
Last Thursday, I went into a entrance ramp a little too hot and spun her. Ended up bouncing off the guard rail.....a couple times :( The front and rear left corners are damaged. I did start her right up and drive her home. She wasn't, nor has since, leaked any fluids

Most indications are the car would be totalled. So, rather than go thru the hassle of reporting it, I'm offering it to you guys.

    The good:
    -Rust-free body
-Eibach Pro-kit and KYB struts (bought it this way)
    -Strong healthy M42
    -New radiator and assoc plumbing
    -Fully functioning R-134A AC
    -Kosei K1 wheels

Optional items the car could come with:
    -Husco arm rest: $150
-2 x black Corbeau TRS seats with proper E30 brackets $300
    -2 x Sabelt 4-point harnesses $80

It's been an uber-reliable DD since I bought her. I really am disappointed in myself that I did this to a very nice 318iS. But I can't afford to fix her. So, I guess I'll go looking for something else.

Realistically, in the right hands, she can be made shiny and new-ish again. Or be parted out. I just don't have the knowledge for the former or the time for the latter.

Obviously, this ad is worthless without pics. So, I'll get some this afternoon and post them this evening.

Right now, I'm asking $1750....unless you people think I'm insane.
Updated price to reflect feedback from those of you here

    thanks

      Also, I forgot to note:
Car also comes with a Momo steering wheel (not sure of model) and working horn button

I did the same thing the other day in my 318is. Thank GOD there wasn't a rail there...tought me a lesson...

Anyway, good luck with the sale. Sucks that you wrecked it, M42's are great in the E30.

Photos are uploading now. I'll post a link to them in a couple minutes. Let it never be said that I am not a man of my word :p

I'd link directly to them in this thread, but I don't think I can directly link pictures from a Picasa web gallery. If somebody could host them for me, that would be great!

Evidently, I can't link directly to a photo from Picasa. So, here's a link to the album instead. It's not perfect, but it's the best I can do.

If anyone has any questions, please leave them here or PM me.

The first few photos are of the car just after I bought her. Then the ones, post-crash. Lastly, I've included a few of the seats that come with the car, by default.

And, I am located in Charlotte, NC. I'd be willing to meet someone up to 100 miles from here. The car drives fine.

One thing I wanted to mention. The car does NOT come with the head unit in the post-crash pictures.

Report it and go through insurance. Consider yourself lucky, or a scam artist if you can get over $1400 for it.

I would pay up to $1000 for it, if I were able to inspect it first.

damn dude that rear is a bitch i would consider it luck if you get anything over $1,000.

                              That is Bad.

other than the damage it looks nice though.

why not part it from what i can see there seems to be aftermarket seats inside. and wheels
