Boomer: I had to measure using the handle of a leatherman that was only marked to 8 inches, but it looks to be just about, maybe a bit under, 16 inches in diameter.
lol, maybe I should use a string to measure the outside and use Pi to find the diameter.
Does that give you a basic idea of the size?
We finally found some use for 11th grade math.
The wheel is probably a large diameter one.(15.2"=385mm)I'd rather have a small diameter wheel.(14.6=371mm)Comment

Alright guys, I've got two sets of lights if anyone is interested.
1 set of Hella Smilies (9 out of 10) with powered adjusters (no idea if they work, i don't have a way of testing them) $225 shipped

A closeup of one of the lights. I have to get the paint stuff that says E30 off of the second one.

1 set of Bosch Projectors (9.5 out of 10) with manual adjusters $90 shipped - the high beams are in about 8 out of 10 condition
----The pictures aren't working for some reason, I'll try again later today.
Also: I won't be going back to any junkyards for the next 4 weeks or so, the turnaround time to get my money back is pretty slow and I need cash for when my girlfriend comes to town.GregComment

Stupid non-functional pictures. I'll fix them once I get home. Sorry guy.
As far as M3s: I'm pretty postive I won't find one in a junkyard, and if I do I'm sure it'll be stripped to the bones. If I see one I'll grab everything I can, but I really don't think that will happen. Same with MTech stuff, people over hear like it too and most cars were 316s and 318s that didn't come with that stuff and now its worth a lot of money to anyone that still has an e30. This is also why check panels are a bit harder to find, as so many cars didn't have them.
Eurogrills: these will cost me about 20€ ($28 USD at the current exchange rate) plus 10€ to ship (w/o tracking) and I'm not sure how much with tracking... so they'll probably end up being around $50 or $60 depending on what the actual shipping cost would be
HOWEVER, the only parts I have for e30s right now are two sets of lights, and I won't be getting any others until those sell. I'm very open to offers, but I can't afford to buy parts that I'm told people want and then have them back out, which is where I am now.GregComment

For parts you know you can get, what would be the problem with people paying up front (on demand) and then getting the part sent. This is definitely a service to the community and a group buy scheme is jut not feasible.
If i were stateside, i'd def pay you even if i have to wait a bit. I'd take some euro grills, but i know it's possible to be made of Kohlenfaser...i've seen it done.
Greg is legit, he helped me build a cat tree that took three days (and it was epic).

Thanks Payam! Are you going to go to any yards in München? I can't find e46 parts this far north :(
I'm still a bit hesident about people paying up front and then not being able to find stuff as quickly as they may like.
Currently have interest in the lights and steering wheel, provided they sell I'll be going to a junkyard next weekend to grab a set of e34 smilies and maybe grab some e30 parts.
Does anyone know what euro bumper trim is worth? Shipping alone will be close to $50... the stupid dollar keeps falling.GregComment
