Also looking to see if you can do the same color headliner for and possibly a wrap kit for an tech 2 steering wheel if you feel comfortable, I can do all the cross stitching myself I'm just looking for a decent wrap that's homemade not mass produced, always looking for one of a kind pieces and to support enthusiasts rather then big time companies. Having a hell of a time finding a brake boot frame. Am I correct in assuming that I can't use any part of the rubber boot?

Nope, there's a metal frame inside it that you'll need to remove and mount the new boot on. It should pull out from the rubber piece.

Should look like these... It sits inside the accordion e-brake boot
