Free: Clean But Cracked Dash (CA Bay Area)

Before I take my sawzall to this to make it fit in my trash bin, I figure I'll see if anyone local wants it. This is the cracked dash that I just removed from my car. It is in clean condition, other than the 3 cracks in it. I had considered doing a repair since some people on here have done pretty clean cut-and-fill jobs, but someone sold me a crack-free one so I did that instead.

Most of the ducting is there, except for the side defroster ducts. It is also missing the cable tie straps and has none of the mounting fasteners. The front-center metal clip is also gone.

Anyway, if you want it let me know. If not, no biggie, it'll get chopped up and tossed.

Click the pictures for full-size ones.

Someone should make a coffee table or a wind chime from it.

I had the same problem, wouldn't fit in my trash can. I ended up finding one a couple miles from SFO airport where it could live its life in piece, looking at the bay until garbage pick up day.

          lol

Yeah, an old apartment complex that I lived in like 5 years ago has an easily-accessible dumpster. Might make a trip there if there are no takes after a week or so.

Someone wants this, surely. Hell, let's take it out to a field and light it on fire! Actually no, given the drought and quantity of dry grass here, that would be a baaaaaaad idea.

Give it to someone who wants to wrap it.

I want it to eliminate that annoying seat belt warning that sits on top of the dash... it helps that this has less cracks than mine

I have a potential taker for the dash, but if it falls-through I can hold onto it for you 2mAn.

I'd be willing to snag this if the other two before me fall through.

If not, I have a flocking kit from flock-it I purchased earlier this year in hopes to flock my own dash, but I can't deal with the turn around time. Someone could buy the kit and then make this dash look real pretty!!!
