probably already answered but I don't feel like going through 25 pages for this. what kind of performance increase are you regularly hearing from your customers about your kit?
Oh my Lord, just picked one of these up off of a friend for my super eta. Went to O'reiley's and bought a cheap adapter, drilled some holes in it, and installed the intake.
The difference is astounding. I've always liked the sound of my stock exhaust, but felt that it need a little more 'oomph'. This made it sound exactly like I wanted it to. Great tone, and clean.
Definite improvement in throttle response, and messing about in the 3500 to 5000 rpm range, I feel the need to push the pedal to the floor and go PAST 7000 (which I can do). Feels great, definitely recommend this product.
One gripe i have is the strap that holds the filter, its very thin (which is fine) but because of that its also very sharp, and thus managed to scratch the filter housing with ease. Anyone else have this issue?
Anyone have photos of what to do on the front of the hose? I've seen some before but can't seem to find any.
I figure an air intake trumpet may help a bit, maybe a custom made item is in order here. I was thinking even heavy duty foil would help catch the air behind the lights. On the flip side of the argument it seems that the air is sucked rather than pushed in by force. Comments???

correct. the air is sucked. but if there is more air..and cooler at that for the intake to suck the better. when i first got my intake i was trying to make something for the front tube. I gave up after going to homedepot and lowes and autozone and pep boys. nothing actually worked for me when it came to putting it in my car and it staying there or fitting. if you find something tho post it
Sorry for not having pics, but what I did was take a dremel to the grill and open up between the lights. Then got a rubber pipe coupler (piece that connects two different pipe sizes) that fit the hose and had a larger opening and attached to the back of the light mount.
I will always be trying to improve this kit. I've had a few customers use the Velocity stack with great results.
Today I'm releasing the new Ver.4 kit it uses a rubber trimmed bracket to ensue the clearcoat on the C.F canister does not get damaged. All future kits sold on the forum will be the Ver.4 kit.
