If your referring to the AGX inserts they have a pretty large oval. I do have some spares available.

I'll post pics of mine for an example for ya Nigel.

My early model as it sits with the GE setup.

Front - 5" springs w/sleeves flipped 1/2" of adjustment to go, IE race camber plates, Billy sports.

Rear standard GE rear coils, no adjusters, Billy Sports.

Was originally running 6" fronts with sleeves flipped. Will eventually go back to them when I shorten my housings.

If your running proper or undersized tires then 0. Typically you can see the tire at or below the factory weld.

I'm sorry, I might be a bit retarded, but there's no need for welding with these?

None. Unless you want to run shorter inserts.

would there be any danger of the adjuster/perch sliding off if I were to flip the sleeve upside down? If it came loose, I don't really see anything to stop it.

There are two collars. They get locked in place by tightening them against each other. They won't go anywhere. I've been running mine like that since day one.

There is always the possibility of them loosening up and dropping down. I've never recommended that anyone flip the adjuster. Reducing the un-threaded portion of the adjuster will be one of the changes i'll be looking to implement in the next batch. However that is a band-aid. If you want to go low the only way to properly do it is to run shorter inserts. There is just no travel at the height people want to run their cars.

I have more front springs then rear so I would not be able to sell rears separately. Added front spring checkout option to my website.

Just looked at the packing slip. I ordered 100 front springs. They billed and sent me 111.
