One version will come with holes (for grip) and weight saving, and another version will be plain.

Confirming that the M technic style DP has ben sent into production. It will NOT have provision for the rubber pad as it is NLA. Instead of aluminum, I will keep on using sturdy stainless steel. One version will be plain and will be powder coated black. The other unit will be with oval holes for better grip, and will come in plain stainless.
Parts are due in 7 to 10 days.
The first batch will 5 plain M tech style, 5 drilled M tech style, and 10 Hartge style units

The Hartge style will be used on carpeted cars. I also wish to remind everyone, that I am not copying the pedals, but using the same mounting principle. So, do not expect a copy of a Hartge or M Technic unit.

In regard of RHD cars, guys with no carpet can use the 2002/universal unit that bolts to the flat section of the firewall, and cars with carpet and the mushy foot rest can use the Hartge style. I don't think that the M technic unit will work on RHD e30s...Brake harder. Go faster. No shit.
