I would like to say my transaction with "Mot" Tom went smooth but it didnt.

I posted a wanted add for a front euro bumper. Tom posted and said he had one FS.

So I sent Tom a PM asking for photos and info on the bumper and he said the bumper was in good shape, few scratches or whatever. I said well get me some photos and we can work something out.
Tom never got back to me about the bumper and I noticed he posted a FS thread and listed the bumper FS.

Yup as you can see the bumper is nothing like Tom said it was.
So I checked to see the last that Tom was on and it was when he sent me tracking info. So I sent tom a PM telling him how mad I was and this wasnt going to fly and I wanted a refund. he ignored my pm. I then sent Tom the photos that you see above and I noticed he was on again. So I know he checked my PMs. But I have yet to get a reply.

I have all PMs that me and Tom passed back and forth. I will post them here in a few minutes.
I talked to a few people from Toms area, so I now have his address, phone number, screen name, and some other info that I asked for.
Tom I really suggest we take care of this.

The shipping company could have damaged it and repacked it as well. That is pretty common, especially with large, heavy items like a bumper. Not saying that is what happened, but Tom is a good guy. I'd be surprised if he intentionally lied about the condition and sent you a damaged bumper.

I remember this bumper well when it was on Tom's maroon car. I also saw it several times at his house before he sold it.

I'll I can do is assure you it did not look like that last time I saw it. We'll have to wait for Mot to clear everything up.

This wasnt a problem with shipping at all. Not EVEN close. The box was in good shape when it showed up. Wasnt repacked and if it was there would have been a sticker on it saying so.

I have looked around the fourm and found all the info I needed to find.

Bumper mounted on toms car. SAME dents and seems to fit the same way.. WEIRD!!

I have dealt with you a few times and you have been more than a stand up guy. With your track record I can only imagine how pissed you are about this whole thing, I know I would be. However, in all fairness the guy is receiving your PM's and not responding. I dont see how you are in the wrong here.

Yeah, I wouldnt be so mad if it it happend during shipping and he took care of it. But the fact that he knew it was fucked up, not what I asked for at all, straight up lied out his ass about everything and still sent it. Sending it in this condition he might as well keep the fuckin thing and my money..
