I got the one PM above from Tom and replied to it but yet have to recieve anything.
I will wait a day or so.

Tom said I should have filed a claim with paypal. I did and less then 5 minutes later it was tossed out.




I tried to call you and I never got a answer, if you didnt pick up my calls what is a voice mail going to do? Seems weird I had a forum member call and you got his call. I call shortly after and no answer.

I should load up my records of calls made.

If your willing to refund my money you know what my paypal is. You know what it cost to ship it so toss that in there as well if you want this hunk of scrap metal back. Make sure you cover the paypal fees also.

Some people might think Im acting like an ass and taking this to far. fact is Im pissed about it. Since more and more people are starting to get ripped off on the forums these days I guess its good to see that people are not going to put up with shit like this. Maybe more people will start to take the actions needed to get the money they work hard for back or get exactly what they paid for since the PMs description and the item in the photo clearly dont match at all.

it was tossed out by paypal, because he submitted tracking info from shipper. Meaning he answered to the dispute center with that info. This is pretty pathetic, as if he couldn't have refunded at the same time he was writing that PM to you. Now he's just being a douche.

Well, The one I spoke with deals with internet fraud. So what happens is he trys to get ahold of the seller himself. If no contact with the seller he then contacts the local police where the seller is from. If they have no luck they transfer it to the FBI. Then I dont know what happens there.
Thats just what the police officer I spoke with told me.

Now I did call him yesterday and let him know I had contact with Tom and I would let him know if I heard anything.
So right now its just a waiting game.

Yeah I hope to have it all worked out this weekend. I came across another one that I would really like to buy but I dont have the funds till I get money from this.
If its not taken care of this weekend Im just going to follow up with the local police and move onto the next step.

I still havent had any contact with Tom since his last PM he sent me last Friday night.. Im just going to get ahold of the police tomorrow and move on with charges. Im tired of fucking around and playing games. Easy as that.
