I contacted my local police dpt about this problem. They are going to get in touch with the local police in portland and see what they can make happen.

Bachman said, Since he is tampering with money it called internet fraud. So it is a federal offence. Agt. Bachman suggest I give it a few more days and if nothing comes of it we will move on to take the actions to press charges.Comment

Since the thread is back in Action I wanted to share the info I got from Tom.
I got this last night at 11:40pm
I just got a phone call last night 9/30 from James C(the owner of r3v) informing me of all of this. I'm not sure why you never left me a voicemail. I would have responded. I don't get texts because I pay for my own cell and I have a very basic plan. Regardless. I have no idea why you didnt just file a Paypal dispute. I'm willing to refund the money. I wasn't aware the bumper was junk it had been sitting boxed up in my parents basement for 2 years, and I needed to clean stuff out so I put it up for sale. I'm glad you started a witch hunt for me. When a simple voice mail would have sufficed. I don't even have the internet where I'm staying/working on the coast. I have to check when I'm in town. Which is now obviously.
You act like I was out to screw you, why would I have even sent the bumper, it was a honest mistake and I'm willing to refund you for it. I would like the # to the PA police, because the email you have for me is ancient and no longer used. There for I have no emails from the officer or anything to respond to.Comment
