Wow this sucks. I ordered a muffler June 10th. I just read through this thread and it looks like I'm screwed. I guess I'll go to my bank tomorrow and see if there's anything they can do... I seriously wonder how this place is still in business.

            had great service this week

I read these posts after I ordered a Final Stage Resistor from KO for my 330cic and I got very worried. Pleasantly surprised to receive immediate email response from Rick, tracking number when the part shipped, and received the part in two days after placing the order... truly excellent service. $55 w/free shipping vs. $80 at my normal vendor, autohausaz. Anomaly? New ownership??

              Any updates on this????

I'm an idiot and never noticed all these problems KO has been having. Just ordered some parts last night. Should I cancel payment or give them them a chance?

Cancel payment ASAP. They haven't solved anything, phone mailbox is full and won't respond to email.

From my experience I would cancel my order and give pelican parts a call or INSTOCKAUTO.COM they have some killer deals and will price match anything KO has. I have made 2 orders to KO performance the first took 1 month to get and I didnt even get everything I ordered, I still have a credit for like $15 bux with them, Ill prolly never see. The second time I ordered and called them like 4 times to make sure everything was coming, waited a couple weeks canceled my order and got parts in 2 days from pelican but it cost me about $25 more. Money well spent if you think of how getting that box of new parts makes you feel.;)

So a few weeks ago, I needed a bunch of suspension parts for my '87 325is, and for some reason I decided one more time to give KO a shot-why, I don't know...

After placing the order, I never heard anything for a week-I tried calling multiple times, emailing them multiple times, and never a response. I needed the items I ordered quickly, and it looked like they were never coming so I placed an order with another company.

About two weeks later, I get a shipment notification on a Sunday evening that the parts from KO had shipped out. I immediately replied via email telling them to call FedEx and have the shipment canceled, and if they didn't I would just refuse delivery. Of course they never responded to the emails or me calling them, so I refused delivery. As of yet I have not seen a credit back to my account, so I will be disputing the charge.

So, they did actually ship my items a few weeks later, but they still won't respond to emails or phone calls.

Dammit. Well i don't want to deal with that.

It's just some cosmetic things that can wait for now, i guess.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll post mine as it progresses.

Well, surprisingly, i received an email today with tracking number stating it shipped out today. Impressed. Let's see how it all gets here.

                          Hopeful!

Does KO even exist still? I don't think it's a real company.
