Yet another reason, why I tend to deal directly with the BMW dealer, versus online middle man retailers for my parts needs. Pelican parts, and Bavarian auto are the only two online places I've never had issues with.

I got a reply from them yesterday:
      Hey Yuriy,

I am going to check it out for you.

If they have not sent this out I am pretty sure they were getting ready to send this out for you.

We should have all of this in stock.

I will check this out with the shipping dept to see what they tell me.

The next thing you might see from us is a tracking number for this order.

If you have any questions, concerns, or would like to place an order, please do not hesitate to email or call!

I lost all faith and put in a fraud report with my credit card company. If ko is making things right they can send me back the other 300 dollars I sent by paypal.

Hrmm, this is great. Their phone is now off the hook. It's been busy all day long. Thought I'd give them another week before I filed a claim, guess not.

Well personally I think KO BLOWS!!! I had a very small order and it took over a month and several emails for me to get it, only to get a cheaper part than the one I paid for. And as for my Redline fluid...I guess i got taken for that $$$ cuz it's been over two months and I've sent several emails regarding the order and they won't even respond. I will never, ever, order anything from them again.

Waited 4 weeks and no parts received. Asked KO for a refund, waited 2 more weeks still no refund and finally contacted my credit card company and had CC issue a charge back against KO.

Will never do business with these clowns again!

Seconding this. Their prices may not be rock bottom, but I've never had issues with these 3 venues.

So it's been 54 days since I placed my order in June. I have left several voice mails and sent few emails as well. Is my only option to contact my credit card company?

I would have done that weeks ago...

I sent an email regarding the warranty on a failed part... Then I read this thread. I'm just gonna give up now, haha.
