To leave it brief, the company has a new policy on how to get caught up with orders that I personally did not fully agree with. If you guys need anything, the guys at the office will still be there to help you out.

I know that with one man down response time might get tough, but unfortunetly I cannot help any further. I managed to get out most of the older May/June delays, and hopefully the remaining ones should go out soon as well.

    Thanks,
    Erick
well there goes my business. the only way i would even order from ko again is because of erick. looks like im going elsewhere for parts. thats a shame.

Yeah I feel you there. Erick was great to do business with...

Same here, it is the other guys there that a firing me up. I have tried for a month and a half to get someone on the phone or a response to a email and nothing yet. For a order I put in on May 13th 2008. I was able to get Erick on the phone two weeks ago, and was told it should be in anytime. I understand it was a special order and should take longer but the lack of communication is very trying and completely unacceptable period. Guess I am going to have to call my credit card company and file a claim...

Hey erick, if you are still reading this thread please respond. Last week you said you could get my order out this week, and asked if I still wanted to do that. I know you aren't working there anymore, but since you were working on this order, I just wanted to ask if you knew if it had been shipped out or not. I would appreciate any information regarding this, or if you have any way of contacting anyone in your company regarding a refund if not. Thanks.

At this point guys, the only thing I can tell you is to hang in there, if you can. If you are after a refund, all I can tell you is to keep trying to contact them and get things sorted out. Since Erick is no longer an employee of KO, there's not much he can do from a standpoint of getting your issues resolved. I wish I could tell you all something a little more helpful, but I'm only able to relay what I'm told, and that's about all there is at this point.

                Ian,

I am not sure what exactly what was the status of your order. To the latest I knew, it had not shipped out yet.

I put in an order on May 5th for the UUC shift bushing kit. I haven't gotten a reply after sending 2 emails over the past 2 months. I just sent a 3rd email today to the new email that Erick listed in this thread. Hopefully someone will get back to me. I want my kit! :(

Is anyone getting a response at all? This is getting even more ridiculous than it already is.

Same shit different day. The voice mailbox is still full and unlikely has not been checked since last week when it filled up. No return emails either, I have sent them 50 emails in the past 6 weeks. And now I find out I am past my claim period on my CC so I guess I am out almost $700 now. So much for ever doing business with anyone on forums again, including site sponsors. This makes twice I have been burned by this stuff this year... :(

Guess I will try and right it off to uncle sam next year in some sorta fucking fashion. :-?

Oh BTW go check out bimmerforums.com feedback and look at the two threads there that have exploded with this very same thing...
