Fuck does it ever I'm not even that low with my H&R sports and that fucking flange is no joke 2 inches off the ground. I really should get something done about it.

Ya that's how my old setup was too. The nice thing about the particular headers I got is the flange is much higher up the downpipes so the lowest point of my exhaust is smooth.

ok so i got my headers today and the dont fit, the bolt wholes line up but on a few i can put the bolts through or put a nut on the end because the piping is in the way of them.

Doesnt look to hard to me [pt the bolts threw first. Then put the headers on not all the way so you can start the threads.

Wtf is up with the half bead weld in the last pic? Were they too lazy to weld a bead all the way around?

Does the Raceland headers fit S50B32? It only says S50B30 on Ebay, but as far as I know, that will fit.

Meh I think you're better off sticking with the Euro headers, AFAIK they cannot be beat in terms of flow and power delivery.

I want to get rid of some rasp, and have heard that new headers might help. Also to get more peak power, if so is possible.

I have welded my euro headers to fit the E30, so length of cyl no 6 tube is a bit shorter then the rest.

its welded on the inside and the parts that arent welded on the inside are welded on the outside, and i cant get the bolts through either way because the pipes actually cover the wholes so i cant even put a nut on them.

This is what I was thinking when I saw those. They look cool but they look like a PITA to install. I removed and installed two different headers on my engine while it was in the car and that was a pain even on nicely spaced pipes. Maybe shorten your exhaust studs?

That is exactly what I have... bit of a pain because the header has 6 individual flanges that can get tweaked when you weld, but for the money it's the best header you can get.

When I welded, I simply screwed the two manifolds together before I chopped off the bends. It did twist a tiny bit, but no big issue getting it back on the engine, even when it was in the car.
