I have a 86' 325es swapped m50v and need to buy a new guibo. How do I know what guibo to buy? Its the getrag 260 trans

im using a e36 m3 guibo, but that with a s50. pretty sure the stock e30 one will work for you, anyone else concur?

RIP 1987 BMW 325is - S50'd ZF 6-speed, flared, bagged -
it depends on your driveshaft/trans output shaft setup. after a certain date (86 or 87) the guibo changed sizes.
check real oem for the part number, using the build month and year from the car the trans came from.
iirc one has 12mm bolt holes, and the other has 10mm and they are different dizes overall.Comment
