First I would jump the fuel pump relay with a good wire to fully rule out faulty relay. I don't remember the pins that need to be connected (85-87?).
If still no crank, I'd leave the jumper and pull a temporary wire from the relay directly to the pump to rule out immobilizer or faulty wiring between relay-pump.
If still no worky, than the pump has to be bad or just rusted stuck. Sometimes all they need is a whack to the top.

Just rule out things that are known to fail.

I would just put an inline fuse in and run a wire directly to the battery for starters.

had the same issue when i first finished my swap, i initally made a jumper wire and gave 12 v to the fuse for the fuel pump and the car ran, it ended up being a shitty connection in the trunk at the battery + terminal there was a brown wire with a ring terminal on it that had seen better days, replaced terminal, car runs fine now.

You positive you're getting spark? Do you know if the injectors are firing? If you get spark, it has nothing to do with the auto trans wiring in any way. The neutral bypass stuff will keep the motor from even turning over. So if the motor spins over, it isn't any of that.

What year/model is your car? Can you post wiring diagrams? Either you have something plugged in wrong or the wiring isn't right.

                Status: HG repair. 488wtq though!

We finally got around to checking a few things out yesterday, we jumped the fuel pump relay and got power to everything, fuel pump fuse and fuel pump but still no fuel. So I have to buy a new fuel pump since that seems to be the issue, I just replaced it a year ago so I never would have guessed that was what was wrong.... hopefully this fixes everything and she'll fire right up. Keeping my fingers crossed

May I suggest a TRE fuel pump? I'm using them in both of my e30s, I like them! Check them out here. I'm unaffiliated, btw.

My husband happened to have an extra fuel pump from his honda build so we made it work and IT RAN! Thank the little baby jesus it finally ran, I can't believe it was the damn fuel pump all along. I replaced the fuel pump about 6 months before I took it off the road to do the swap so it was literally the last thing I thought would be the problem. Now I just have to get the exhaust done and tie all the loose ends and she'll be on the road in no time.

Thanks for all the help guys! Now I just have to figure out how to talk my husband into helping me turbo the M3
