    My car was 2680 when I ran that 13.3@103. I'm assuming he doesn't have any significant weight reduction done or we would have mentioned it. Even if he managed to get down to 2500, that doesn't explain how my car, with a bigger and broader power and and much more traction, and a better launch, would be slower.

    people don't realise that ET doesnt mean much about how fast a car is. the driver, traction, setup play too much of a role to make any significant conclusions

    Have you seen any of the other posts... results are all over the map with these cars. Doesn't mean everyone is full of shit. IIRC TinyT pulled a 13.0 out of an S54 E30... that should be waay quicker than MacBudd's S52 car in theory. JGood pulled a 14.4 and Justin_L managed a 13.7 out of internally stock M50s... somehow faster than some S50 cars.

    Just the way it is sometimes... crap shoot.

    This isn't possible. I watched my friend run his stripped out track e30 m3 w/s52 obd1 ZF 3.25lsd with sunbelt cams and good tires run the same time(13.2) after multiple passes. No way yer on par with that setup.
    Same day I ran my s50 with getrag 260 and 3.73 on good tires @14.5.

    Cecil is slightly down hill from what I've heard. I'll look around for the slip, this was from last summer. I did spin like crazy which could account for the trap speed.

    When i had my seta stroker and mark d chip i could get 91 all day, and honestly it didnt feel much faster than stock, + 5 whp maybe

    What altitude are you at? With that 60'/weight/power you should see 12's and i would expect a higher trap speed. Ive seen slips with cammed s5x's that trapped 106 or even better

    My m60 e30, making probably over 260whp/260tq, with a 1.9 60', ran a 13.28@103.5 at Maple Grove at around 70 degrees with no wheel spin (sticky 235's).

    I need to go to Cecil. That's the 3rd or 4th super fast time/trap speed I've seen from there.

    m50 zf tranny
    2.93 diff
    dinan chip
    2.5in exhaust
    225/45-16 bfgoodrich g force tires

    on my current s50 track car I haven't had a chance to drag it yet.
