yea i've tried the whole change the ecu and chip stuff tons of times. i don't have a gauge i can borrow but i'll give the multimeter a shot. but even with the o2 unplugged and not even reading it won't change anything and from what i've heard from my friend he didn't have any troubles with no o2 in his e30 s52 obd1. and he's got a trm tune as well. my crank sensor came in today and my cam sensor comes in tomorrow so after i get those puppies in i'll take down the multimeter readings of the o2

put in the crank sensor but they sent me the wrong cam so just waiting for yet another part to show up at my front door.If you're not going to do it right, please don't take it out on your car!Comment

After putting in the crank and cam sensor I want to say it drove better but still has the same issue. It popped out a cam sensor code and a lambda control code but I replaced the cam and o2 sensor so I'm guessing it's leaning out maybe under load. I've replaced the pump and filter already so I don't think it's clogged at all. I don't think it has any vacuum leaks. And if it did, not anything that would cause something this bad.If you're not going to do it right, please don't take it out on your car!Comment

Starting to think maybe it's the tune? What chip should I get for my obd1 m52? I have the obd1 performance chip from trm. Here's the set up:
TRM OBD-I Performance Chips
(Displacement: 2.8 L
Injector: 21.5 lb/hr
Intake Manifold: M50/S50
HFM: Stock OBD-I
Cams: Stock (M50/M52)
Flywheel: Stock
Fuel: 91 Octane)
Does anyone else have this set up? Did I sign up for anything wrong? I called trm in the past and talked to them but they didn't really give me any insight on anything.
What tune do you guys recommend? If you're not going to do it right, please don't take it out on your car!Comment

What should my fuel pressure and my vacuum pressure be at? I'm going to borrow a fuel pressure tester Monday and a vacuum tester as well. I remember testing fuel pressure a while ago and it read good but we only tested it while idling and holding the Revs. Will it change from holding revs to actually driving and having it try to pull the car?If you're not going to do it right, please don't take it out on your car!Comment

fuel pressure does change depending on what you're doing. Best way to test pressure is to just jump the pump while the car is off, and take a reading. That will be the max pressure (should be 3.5bar for the m50/2 if I'm not mistaken)
I really don't think the tune would make it fall completely flat on it's arse, it would likely just bog slightly or stutter at points if it was tuned for different injectors/setup.Comment

What about my vacuum reading? What should they typically be reading? If you're not going to do it right, please don't take it out on your car!Comment
