I have this flywheel still in box and I'll let it go for 150.00. I bought the whole kit but decided to stay with the stock flywheel cause was going turbo..

You will get some trans rattle. My zf uses atf. I just swapped to redline MT90 and the noise is gone.
Cool. I have a ZF as well, and it came with ATF sticker on it. I take it this flywheel should work just fine with m52 as well or I wonder if it's somehow specific to s50 only?

I have this flywheel with their 6puck clutch and pressure plate set up. I love it! My friend has it in his e36 m3 and loves it also. When you have this set up, BE SURE to install the clutch disc correctly. This is installed 'opposite' of how the OE clutch came out.
I got a fender roller now! LMK if you need me to roll your fenders or want to rent the tool from me locally.

Are you sure? The clutch disc is made with a flywheel side, and trans side. And are usually labeled. I didnt install anything different than stock. And usually if you do, the results are not desirable.

Well, since its a lighter weight flywheel and a single instead of a dual mass, thats how they have you install it. If I remember correctly when we installed it on the M3, we had it incorrect, and it was a B!TCH to remove the transmission after that. And that was installed with the hat of the disc facing the pressure plate. If you research on bimmerforums there have been numerous people doing the same thing we did, and some of them actually bent their input shaft removing the transmission.

But I installed it correct, and I love the set up on my m52/zf e30.

I got the Fidanza Flywheels from Gripforce, with a sachs heavy duty clutch kit. The flywheel is 13lbs, and only a little over $100 then the 16lb F1 Racing Flywheel. Works great, but I do get some chatter letting off in 4th and 5th.

Is anyone running the UUC lightweight flywheel? They make a stage 1 and a stage 2.
