The search is over, finally found a 2002 booster...yay! Although it's not a great option but it's better then going boosterless.
This is the best option without having to modify the manifold, fits perfectly, no drilling no cutting no spacing nada, but u do have to modify the folk to fit the pedal.Leave a comment:

If only I got the z3m harness woulda been so much easier, it and Andrews harness is the perfect match, his wires are long enough to run the Sport button/gas pedal and OBD2 port anywhere u desire.
Yup it was a PITA! but I got it done! Instead of pulling that rubber weather cover off I cut a plus shape in the rubber then shoved all wires in, it keeps the wires sealed up tight. There's still a few plugs from the e46 harness thats not used? 2 clear and 2 black connectors...I also cut out all the unnecessary rubber on the wiring harness and rapped it up with electrical tape, so I'm happy.Lol yeah wires are not fun I was clueless until I plugged his up then the light bulb came on and everything made sense
The hard part is shoving it down under the brake booster I ripped out the rubber weather stripping on the fire wall and crammed everything through exposed holes

^This is why our swap harnesses cost so much lol. ;)
edit: not saying Andrews is bad by any means. Extremely good value.Last edited by 328ijunkie; 04-15-2015, 07:29 AM.Leave a comment:

^hmmmm interesting, I don't have that on my pan, SUCKS!!!!!!
I did some searching and I now have a pretty good picture of how the harness works, the tip you gave about starting with Andrews harness was enlightening so thanks! I going to remove the unwanted plastic cover and rubber, and tape everything up to make it look neat. But right now it looks like this lolLeave a comment:

Mine was drilled and tapped for a return on the passenger side top. I made a oil line with summit parts

Thanks for responding, I was hoping to avoid drilling into the pan, it's already on and in my car :( I wonder why Arkham didn't think of keeping it when customizing the pan? :/Leave a comment:

I had to create one on my Euro swap. I drilled and tapped my E34 pan for the factory oil return pipe to screw into on my Euro S50B30 with E34 pan combination.Leave a comment:

Question: Where do u connect the oil return(separator) line? It connects on the head and returns to the oil pan? I don't see anywhere on my custom pan it where it connects to.
*edit For some reason my custom pan didn't have the fitting for the oil return line so what I did was install the stock line and ran a hose there to the dipstick so I don't have to tap the pan. *Dipstick was modified, welded a nipple for the hose to fit.Last edited by jink0619; 05-16-2015, 10:30 PM.Leave a comment:

The harness giving me a headache so turned my attention to cooling. I got a Brandnew Mishimoto rad from a very cool person, just wanna say that there are some pretty awesome ppl in this world, guys looking out for one another such a blessing.
There are a few radiator options to choose from, my initial plan was to use the e46 rad, it's thick but short in length and will require custom brackets to fit. I don't have the materials for that so choose to go with a e36/e30 rad.Leave a comment:
