Problem seems to be that the e30 median age is post honda craze and some were not alive durring the Gruppe2, ITC, DTM days. So you have no pre-rice opinion. So there is little reason to argue with those in the post-rice generation.

If you run a single, search for your favorite tuner's DTM team and run it in the same possition they did. Or is that too simple? Then run it in the same possition they did in thier catalog they sold it from. If you run a bonrath or other non tuner pick a possition.

My dad has one on his mercedes, its on a hinge in the centre and it gets 20% more window and is fast as a mother. Dont call it rice because its not. New euro cars have them stock now and DTM cars have them. If you dont like em and think they suck state that and get off the box.

No, Mercedes just suck. I test drove the new C320 sedan, it was as about as fun as a Buick.....handled like one too. :?

OOO and BTW I guess the Lexus Altezza and RX430 are rice because they have those Altezza taillights. NO. What, they are stock like that. Some silly ricer didn't try to copy the style. :roll:

My point is that Andre mentioned that Mercedes have mono wipers stock, so they must be rice. I said that was a false statement. I compared that assumption with the use of altezza taillights on Acuras. Clear taillights on Hondas are rice, but are good stock on Lexus. Q.E.D.

I do drive a Buick, cuz my BMW isn't repaired yet. Drives about as sporty as the Mercedes. So it's not my call "dude".....it's the car that was lying around to give me transportation. I didn't really have a choice, besides a Huffy.

Mercedes is the Caddy of Germany, and is sub-par to Porsche and BMW. I just said they are like Buicks because their handling is so haggard. I'd take a MB over Buick anyday. MB is . Like their new Crossfire ;) .

If I won, I'm going to leave you ricers to debate what side to put your mono blade on. I think it is a waste of money. Shit $200+ could be a chip, go towards new brakes, or new tires (maybe ones that fit)....... I'll drop it if no one responses to me.

The reason I wanted a mono-wiper is because I was riding around in my friend's MBZ and I liked it. So, I made one, there's no way in hell I'm shelling out over $30 for one of these.
Does that change anything?

that wont do it, the original arm is smaller and too skinny, plus it wont clean as good as the bonrath system

some of us already have a lot of other mods (including chips, intakes and exhaust, breaks, suspension, etc). So if we're just looking for something else to do, then something like a mono wiper is not a waste of money. Especially since some of you seem to hate it so much, that's all the more reason for those of us who like it to get one. :)
