Thanks for the good feedback, I appreciate it!

I have just posted a similar thread on the 'LATE' version tails, with the red-clear-red lenses with horizontal sections inboard -- same deal offered on these until Jan 2, 2011.

I am now challenged by a set of ebay/aftermarket lights, owner wants me to upgrade them. They look like Ebay 'Altezza' style lights mentioned in the 'Lighting' subforum, who knows what I'll come up with????

How does this play with the check panel? Any false alarms?

        Check Panel issues?

None reported yet, I designed the system specifically NOT to throw false negatives. So far they play well together. I feel the check panel serves a useful purpose. That's why I did the research with my car (1986 535i) - to be sure it would still function as intended.

Any word on problems with check panel alarms, colorado_cabrio?

Perhaps we should speak about your needs, expectations, and budget?
I am looking for a first customer and you seem to be interested...

PM, call, or email me and we'll talk. I am researching with a supplier that has essentially First Responder quality (bright) LED panels, red, amber, adn clear available for all functions. The trick is having them be visible over a wide angle of view. Think I have it licked and will be happy to share with you.

Are you still selling these kits? with options as in your 2 Jan deal? Also, I would be interested in a LED set up as well..

Replied to pms, thanks for all the interest. Weirdly, just had several other folks ask about this today... not that I'm complaining.

Boy, looks like I am getting four of these out the door this week - oy, vey!

If I can sell a few kits, I can divert some of the proceeds to LED research, just need the funds in the bank to make it happen.

                    OK, you are not alone.
What is your timetable and budget?

Are you scared to be the 'first one on the dance floor?' It's normal, by the way.

Send me a PM or better, an email. We should discuss.

I would be interested in a set of late model LEDs.

Andy, I have to say I am very happy with how this set up works. I have your deluxe set and it really does light up the back end! Huge improvement over the stock system, I highly recommend this upgrade...

Bump - still waiting for anyone who wants this, I need to pay a few bills, you need brighter rear lights.

Let's get it together- I have a set of early rear covers built up, I will swap with you, and you can get it on the road!

Make me a reasonable offer, I will send you brighter lights in line with your budget...
