Rice. Fake HID's. Less output than an original halogen. Purely cosmetic, and not even good at that. IMHO

those are just regular old h4 conversions from sealed beam. if u used Osram silverstar h4's on them, they would be pretty damn bright.

I think you guys are being a little harsh if you haven't had experience with them. I have heard they are decent lights especially for the price. H4 housings with HID look bulbs for $60 is dirt cheap. If I didn't already have euro ellipsoids, I'd rock these just to see how good they are. They even come with a lifetime warranty on the housings and the bulbs.
