Fuse blows when i turn the car off?

Never seen anything like this. I have a short somewhere i assume. My fuse for my windows blows only when shutting the car off. Up until then with a fresh fuse i can roll them up and down all day long. Then shut it off and turn key nothing. Very bizzare any one shared any similar issues?

Does it blow on turn off or on turn on? Turn the car off and pull the fuse to check.

Does it blow when you shut the car off or when the door opens? I've read that there's a "comfort relay" setup in some E30s that allows the windows to be rolled up or down when the key is removed if a door is open. Start then shut the car off through an open window and check the fuse. Then open the door and see if it blows.
