NEW Deck Lid & Soft Top Struts Have Arrived !!

I converted from an auto top to a manual top, but I already purchased touneau cover shocks. Can I buy the sleeves though? I was not aware of the soft top shocks, but I'd be interested once I know where they go, and if I need to make any modifications to install them.

I'm not sure about the mechanical differences between the auto and manual top frames so can't say if yours will accommodate the shocks. They do mount down where the top bolts to the body. The sleeve attaches to the lower pin and the shock slides in to the sleeve. From there the top shock eye attaches directly to the frame.

I will post pics and regrettably I can't sell the sleeves without the shocks since I have just enough and there don't seem to be any (or many) around.

Hinge shocks just arrived and deck lids should be here tomorrow. Im going to do a test install on my cabrio before I roll them out.

Im happy to report that the top shocks & sleeves def make the top "lighter" and thus easier to raise and lower. Installation is not bad but with the top in place getting the lower retaining pin set requires a bit of finesse. Ill try to get some pics up if PB will stop misbehaving.

just bought some top shocks from Jeff. will post up once installed. also FYI I looked up realoem and it appears that the same part number 380N shocks work with both the manual and electro-hydraulic / power top frames.

I now have these available to ship. The hinge shocks with the sleeves are $99 Shipped and the deck lids are $40 plus shipping. I'm looking in to cost effective ways to ship just the deck lid shocks so if you just want those kindly PM me and I'll get back to you.

Ive had some input and have decided to sweeten this a bit. The hinge shocks will now be $89 and the deck lids will remain at $40 shipped. If you get both (the Cabrio Pack) its $125. Shipping is included on all of these via 1st Class Mail w tracking rather than Priority Post.

The Enchilada will be $259 via Priority Post. So 12 shocks w sleeves and push nuts.
