Same concept, just need to modify the switch so that it no longer locks in to place on the on position. You could also modify a window circuit breaker. But a window switch would work perfectly since its already a momentary switch. Get an early switch off a pre 85 e28 and remove the white paint with some acetone. Now you can use two of the buttons on your remote.

that sounds doable but why do i need 2 buttons when i only press one all the time?

yeah but i only use one to open the garage, the other 2 are for turning lights or something that i don't use. hehehe
