is there a difference between the us spec and euro spec fuse boxes?

my euro 323i has a 15 amp fuse for number 11 and also has a 15 amp fuse for number 15

and my interior lights still work when i remove fuse 27...

im so lost...

bump for question needing to be answered. Friend got a 1984 320i and most are the same but every fuse is filled and K9 is fused as well.

so the k9 slot is supposed to be empty on my e30 318i?

Is your 318i a 91? because if it is, then fuse 9 is just power to the diagnostic plug. The later e30's have different wiring.

bump, because even if a circuit wasn't used, it was often populated with a fuse or relay.

Example- 87 eta with no a/c still has the low and high speed fan relays installed....
...even though there was no electric fan!

Which fuse is the fuel pump? I was thinking of pulling this fuse so the car can't be driven if someone tries to steal it. Is there a better one to pull?

Anyone have any suggestions for continuously blowing fuse 19? The interior lights work, the aux fan works but when I touch the mirror switch it blows, dumbass PO had a cooked 20amp in there also. I think I have it down to the mirrors though as if I don't touch the switch the fuse doesnt blow. Could there be an easy fix to this? I'll be ripping out the dash so I should be able to check for scolded wiring when I remove it right?

One[CODE]day I was driving my car as normal it parked it and it never started since I wasn't getting fuel or spark now I found put my o2 sensor words were ripped off the plug I fixed that and I started getting fuel again but no spark I just replaced the cap today in hopes of would fix the problem but still no spark is there anyone who could help me on this

Hey I'll answer this 3 years later

K9 is used in Europe for rear fogs. If you look in the fuse block on a US car that position has no pins/wires to connect to.

Would be a cool retrofit for US..

i dont' think i can answer you question completely, but 28-30 means that fuse "28" is a 30 amp fuse, and by pulling it you will lose power to both your cigarette lighter, and your power antenna. hope this helps.

Where i can fix this cigarette lighter. need some information for my cigarette lighter. i cannot charge my device without this things. i think you will understand.
