Just measure the width of that license plate area, and cut a piece out of the spare trim, from the flat section in the front next to the turn signals. You'd just need to fab up some mounts, do some light sanding on the edges to clean it up, and it would look great.
there actually isnt enough plastic lengthwise after the turn signal cut out. it would end up being too short. i guess if you were really desperate you could cut up two bumper trim peices and do it.

Finally finished the tuck with some paint, both on the plastic strips and the aluminum. I just need to get it lowered and some wheels!

Just lowered would look alot better. The wheels fit the very 80s styling of the kit.

                  Before.

                  After.

                  More after.

Heaviest tuck on an early car possible. Looks great, completely unsafe in every way. I love it. Takes me like 20 min to get the one bolt that holds it on threaded.

Tucked bumpers aren't going to give you any less protection in a collision than if they were untucked. Diving boards are rated for 5mph, that's it. Ask me how I know. :D

Well. Now they're at zero mph. They might as well be paper mache.

untucked bumpers are only rated for like 15MPH so basically they do not protect you for anything more than a light bump. Like maybe when someone backs into your car backing out of a spot in the parking lot. Which with tucked bumpers and if that was to happen its probably not going to do much anyways.

I think they would look good without bumpers at all.

Some fool tried that, and smoothed everything underneath, it looked like 3 different kinds of ass.

Actually, they're rated at 5 mph, like I said above. That's why they're often referred to as "5 mph bumpers".

The old 2002's look good with no bumper. But I like the tuck way better than the diving boards.
