    Anyone Running an Innovate LC-2?

So Innovate has had their new WBO2 controller out for a little while. I have run an LC-1 for many many years, and it has had a few problems here and there. For one, the analog outputs seem to die every few years after being connected to the Motronic. I also suspect that mine is just not working quite right anymore. Anyone running an LC-2 and have thoughts on it?

I am also interested in alternatives. Innovate removed their user forum which is a HUGE red flag to me. Their customer service has always been pretty good and if I call them someone answers so that is good. Still, I am not entirely convinced of the product's robustness at this point.

LC2 is a lot smaller and lighter. Encased in a plastic shell this time. I have LC1 and 2...and never had a single problem with them as long as I remembered to free air calibrate the sensor every few months.

the addition of mounting points is nice. everyone with an LC-1 is using zip ties.. you know what I'm talking about. :p

also, I think the sensor now plugs into a harness, instead of straight into the controller. This means you don't have to have it so close to the engine (mine's right by the headers, seems fine though).

Thanks guys. Sounds like it will be replacing my aging LC-1. Yeah, I read you on the zip ties, that's how I did it lol. It irritates me that they ship it with an 8 foot long sensor cable, which basically forces you to buy the $30 3 foot cable accessory, but that's life I guess.

with the LC1 free air calibration is a must. Im sure your LC1 is still very much effective so im sure you could get away without the LC2. The new unit is pretty nice tho...

I wish I could keep using the LC-1. One of the analog outputs crapped out and I am not waiting for the other one to go. Makes me run rich as hell. I am probably going to build an output buffer/filter that takes the LC-1 signal, filters it and then feeds it to the ECU. It'll use a high current output opamp, so I shouldn't have issues with it dying from feeding the ECU.
