    The one I just returned was $600. Adapter isnt made yet. Any idea on company name?

    I'd have to go back and look at their source, but it was several hundred dollars... It was SFI cert, though. The company does it for a living, so I don't expect lead time would be unreasonable.

    Do you already have the adapter plate?

    Yea that's not an issue there are a few companies that can build one. I need it to be a sfi certified and if thats possible im sure it would take a long time and be pretty eexpensive.

    Ok.

    I've run across a few companies that make custom bellhousings. I think Vorshlag had one made for their GRM $2010 challenge E30.

    No one makes a Lenco bellhousing for a BMW. So I'm using a Chevy one with an adapter plate.

    What do you mean by "Chevy" bellhousing?

    They Chevy bellhousing fits, it will take some massaging of the tunnel but I think it won't be too bad. Just have to get another bellhousing because this one has poor sfi sticker placement...

    Small update. Picked up my new 5 speed trans last night. This should be the last trans going into the e30 forever. Lenco cs3. Also received a chevy bellhousing today. Going to see if it will fit or if i need to build something custom.

    Waiting to pull the trigger on the new trans set up. As soon as I hear that one of my 3 vehicles has sold then its coming.

    So hopefully my custom one piece driveshaft will be up for sale soon. Included with the aluminum zf 5speed adapter and at least the custom diff output flange if not the whole diff.
