Well, just on this product my eyes say you need the $75 adapter too.

On our website is a bone stock M20 with JUST the MAF conversion.

This is just our normal GENIII MAF. Those who have actually installed our products can vouch our claims are not astronomically out of whack like many people think...
that's not my point. merely changing to the MAF isn't gaining much power - because it's not relieving a significant restriction.

Yea, restriction, is it hooked to a stock air box?, CAI with K&N or what? The dyno graf above peaks at 5K almost gets caught at 6K, also what happened to running to 7K?? 5K peak sounds like a street tune to feel power to 5K. Is that cause nobody goes to 7K?? I like the idea but not the presentation on the site. I just put an I TB( 5 mm larger) on my ETA with a chip, CAI and exaust, it's now as fast as a stock I.

I can believe it. My eta felt stronger on MS than my friend's 325i all the way until 4500 rpms or so. The cam dies after that when it's NA. Considering the m20b27 has more displacement and a longer stroke, it makes sense. Obviously the lower redline means you need to shift more and it won't be as quick overall, but it does pull harder in its power band. Boosted it's no contest. I honestly think it was faster than my 540 at 8 psi and the 540 is a 14 second flat car.

you get more gains from a chip on an m42 than if youwere to chip an m20.. it just how the engine is stock there is room for improvement essentially with just a tune if my sources are correct.

              doubt the CAI does much

No one makes this car anymore. The government won't allow them, normal people won't buy them. So it's up to us: the freaks, the weirdos, the informed. To buy them, to appreciate them, and most importantly, to drive them.

all BS aside... i love mine. i paid full price for the conversion and CAI and has to be the best mod on my car by far. and ive had a modded m20 w/o the MAS conversion and this made the m20 a fun lively motor!

Brody, Where are the independant dyno tests for the M20?
Do you want to do the independent test since you are so keen on seeing some?

I don't have a stockish engine at the moment otherwise i would have bought the setup and already posted them ;)

I have an m50 MAF. With a proper tune it really wakes up my m20. It has the drivability of my NV e36. The car is not faster per say but throttle response is improved greatly
