for most performance on max effort engine cold water in the head (reduced heating of inlet charge and lower risk of knock) and hot water in the block to help keep oil hot (lower friction) and keep skirt friction down is the best.

Boys...this is one hell of an angry thread, but it is a true reflection of the USA from many parts of the world. People always remember the bad things that the US had inflicted, but never the good stuffs. Yes, the US dropped the bombs on Japan to save millions of lives (and killed hundred of thousands Japanese) and ended WWII. Unfortunately, the USA will always be remembered for their use of nuclear weapons. War is ugly and resentment is long lived.
