It has been done enough times and Frank's writeup is great. It's almost Legos at this point.
Gathering parts though...that's the challenge if you step outside the tried and true path.Si vis pacem, para bellum.

hopefully we will be back up by wednesday or so
The diff needs to go in, but the PO spun a couple allen heads on the rear axles pretty dang good, so an alternative to getting the diff in will most likely need to be used.
Aside from that I am anticipating a fairly smooth ending to the swap.
