    Its worse now. When I went with my car I made 1pass before eliminations. Test and tune would be the best bet. But I used to bracket race on sat. When I was in highschool because They put vht down that was the only day my old Plymouth woundnt do funnycar burn outs off the line lol. I have friend that still dose it ill c when the next race is and if they still have a street class

      Cool. 1 pass and you are done is not going to be worth it, i'll need a couple passes to figure out how to launch it w/o sitting there spinning tires since this isn't AWD lol

        ya 1 qualifying Lap blows. I know I could get into the low 14s if I play with my launch.

          Ok they have test and tunes every Friday its 100 it used to be50 so fuck that. You get as many passes as you want and they prep the track.
          On Saturdays you get three qualifing passes before eliminations its $25.

          Or we can go september 13 its 35 bucks and heads up grudge racing that sounds like fun.I want my brother to bring his car I wanna see if I can beet his firebird again with his new mods.



          The E/T series si done for the year so grudge night would be the best bet.

            Congratulations man, looks like all the patience and hard work has paid off! Props for doing this the right way.

            I appreciate all the time you've taken to document your build, I've really enjoyed this thread and its been a great motivation to stick an m30 under the hood of my 4door.

            Looks likes it was a lot of fun, so now enjoy it! and lets see what the chipped ECU will do for it....

              $100 deal is too rich for my blood right now, $50 would have been doable. So, I guess it will have to be saturday with 3 passes for $25 or Sept 13th. But, is Grudge Racing = bracket racing?

              Thanks man! I tried to document the minor things too, most of the stuff has already been documented by others but I figure having it all in one thread might help others with the same swap.

                    Thanks dude.

                    On another note, E32/E34 airbox is f-ing huge. It's not exactly an easy fit in the bay... I ruined one box today (lower section), but picked up another today to try and fit it tomorrow.

                    Of course K&N filter is not CARB legal - http://www.knfilters.com/search/prod...Prod=57-0130-1

                      Alot on Mye28 about them, nothing very good...

                        It fit's perfectly in the e30 bay. I even use the stock e34 velocity stack.

                          Dude, it has to almost press against the head and the corner of the radiator. Not exactly a perfect fit in my book lol

                              Numbers from a "pre-test". I am not sure what the upper limit for NO(x) is for 91 535/735i cars....
