Randy, it goes under the intake manifold and connects to the throttle body.

i don't think so, unless you remove the clutch fan and install an electric fan.

oh okay. so i was in the process of removing the mess under the intake, and of course with my luck at the last minute of getting ready to peice everything back together, my lower intake gasket breaks. i didnt want to replace it at the time because it was still in pretty good condition. now that it's sunday all the shops here are closed :[

goes to rubber intake boot. theres a hole in the underside of it for the ICV.

1262 - Possible causes for Idle Speed Control fault are:
                      • damaged wiring to the idle speed actuator
                      • wire from DME is defective
                      • output stage of DME is damaged

Also if engine stalls while it is above 600 RPM, code 1262 will be set

uhmmmm can someone break this down in dummy term?

its dark i suspect theres in intake leak or something with the hose. i dont have any idling issues so i dont think its my icv. i will touch basis tomorrow after work :] i do feel the difference in the way the car runs.

yeah gerta i got everything put together, my landlord is being a bitch and kicked me and my wife out. we've only been here less than 3 months. and the bitch doesnt want me to work on my car here.

on the other note. i havent completely finish the rad flush. i put everything back together however now my oil light is on (checked oil level and its where it needs to be, its also new mobil 1 synthetic oil and filter)

and also my temp gauge isnt moving at all. i've warmed up the car for 20+ minutes. it never had a problem before. may i have connected some of the connecters incorrectly?

theres the pin connectors that goes to the head, theres 2 of them. then also theres the connector that goes to the oil housing. maybe those three wires are messed up as to why im experiencing this problem?

                              Randy - thats tough dude.

Reverse the head / oil pressure sender switch (off of the oil filter housing) might cure that oil light. Make sure the radiator switch is seated (right side of the radiator).

You also might check the fuses too ...
