    Mock up is done...just need to make the manifold itself. The parts car I was using is gone. Couldn't deal with the stink any longer.

    I will make the manifold and bolt everything up to an engine to show the final setup.

                  Will be working on the manifold this afternoon as long as all the tubing came today. Lots of other projects going at the same time. I will update as I have progress to show.

                    So quick question. After this first kit is made how will you start producing multiple kits? Will you be piecing all of them or are you going to have someone else piece them together?

                      I will make them all myself as they are sold.

                      All the bends/parts got here today but later than expected. I was able to get the new collector together but no pictures yet. I'll post an update when I have more to show.

                      The manifold will be a 4-2-1 with cylinders 1-3 together and 2-4 together. Sort of a tri-y manifold.

                        Im glad you are willing to ship to Australia, im interested in one too.
                        Here we have access to 98 octane fuel, would it be possible for the kit to be tuned to run on 98?

                            Some progress on the manifold. Trying to make it so it is VERY tight to the engine to allow for AC room and also easy to reproduce.

                            I am still not 100% sure on how 1 and 3 will look....
                            Either cut this T and place in here


                            Or put the T here...


                            Runner 3 will then loop up and over #2

                            I will fully make runner 2...tacked all up. Then work on #1.
                            I wasn't very sure how I was going to route everything but this setup should work well.

                              that round holes in the manifold are on purpouse or just for welding time and then will be ovalised?

                                The round hole matches the round of the pipe. The side that touches the head will be ported to fit to the port in the head.

                                More work done on the manifold. Entire thing is tacked today. Needs to be sandblasted...and fully welded.
