    any updates on yours?
    Torque! nothing like it...

For my build last I did was a test fit..everything looked good (engine install took me like 10 minutes alone ..is it just me or the V8 is much easy to install then the inline 6's?)..couple of adjustements on the body here and there.. going to prep it for POR15 and paint. Then I regasket the engine, make a decision on a flywheel and clutch install it once and for all in february approx... Got it all planned/streched out to finish in the end of may approx (final drops of snow here) got to make this project last all winter lolll...winters are rediculous over here and go by monthly budget.

Nice work. The exhaust sound awesome. I was wondering about the popping sounds in the exhaust note in my set up, but I see you have it too.
Which Gopro is that one. Video quality is nice.

I'm thinking that you might need some stiffer rear suspension lol

Ok so not much has happened in a short while due to issues out of my control.
As your all aware my job situation has been in the air since the summer and my ability to build and fab has suffered. But just recently I got a call from Duane Mayer now owner of American Hot Rod inc. To fill a position in his shop.
So now I'm back in a shop environment. Although its not as hitech as my last shop it does offer a build ability.

So while helping my wife with Christmas stuff I decided to install the Dakota tach splitter.

Got it all setup and ready to button up.

Then I opened my trunk and saw this...

            And then I watched this......

Twice...... it wasn't the car... it was the engine setup....

And so after the fourth time I decided
That WAS the direction "I" wanted to go...

So then I decided to put these up for sale....
            I paid 200 +40 shipping
I have done nothing but clean them and selling them for the what I paid for them.

Wish I had the funds right now for those itbs but I just started my new job and am waiting for my first check. If you still have them I a few weeks I'll snag them.

On another note, it looks like you have a metal plate on the back of your intake manifold? Or am I seeing things? Could you elaborate on that if you did make a custom plate? Love the build man!

OK so sorry for the lack of update but my new job at American Hot Rods
has taken allot more of my time than I expected so my time here at the MonkeyMadness Performance Garage.

So my next major feat is the exhaust. As soon as i finish this up the car will be able to be road tested and work out the hidden bugs. So far my small excursions have shown to be worth while, and lately I haven't had any "issues"

So on with the plan. I have been all over the interweb and found the end.

after all the searching i found one exhaust that I really liked the look of and have planed to follow suit with a few small deviations.

I have the glasspack style front resonators these are 2.5" inlet/outlet with a 12" body.

If you have been following my build you know I really wanted to keep it a true dual exhaust but also trying to keep the look of the car as stock as possible
I opted to go with a lol OBX stainless dual 2.5" inlet and dual 2.5" outlet, BUT i ordered the straight through glass/perforated core.
This should sound real nice and soft at idle, but like a banshee while driving aggressively ;D
Plus this way I'll have the stock look and a true dual feel and sound.... Grrrrrrrrr!

So the only part that's still up in the air is the tips...

                            .

The 98 m62 is obd2 and I'm converting to obd1 in order to ease on build and run MS3. So i had to come up with a way to mount to the sensor. I think it turned out pretty good.

Hey I came across this while reading your thread and was just wondering if that cps mount is off of an m20? also could this work if I where to convert my m62 to obd1 using the motronic 404 ecu?

sent you a pm but you must not have seen it.
