Got a 16" pusher fan. Fit perfect! Got it wired up to a switch, yes I know there is a thread on here that explains how easy it is to wire it up to a thermo switch, I'll probably do that later though as I don't really mind flipping a switch at a long stoplight

My fan ran off of a non-controlled toggle switch for a while. It's all sunshine and puppy dogs until you forget to switch the fan on after getting off the highway. This happened to me a few times; fortunately, old 'murican engines are pretty resilient to heat damage :)
Not sure how you'd adapt a regular thermo switch into the metric block, but you should buy one of these bro:
Free Shipping - Derale Deluxe Adjustable Fan Controllers with Radiator Probes with qualifying orders of $109. Shop Fan Switches at Summit Racing.
Pretty easy to set up, hear they work pretty good too.

I'm using this one, $35 at Advance Auto.
Works great, along with my 16" Pep Boys cheapy fan and Z3M Mishimoto radiator. Have never crept past 1/2 on the gauge, even when idling for hours in 95-100 degree heat.

Welp..got the cooling system done and filled it up
And water is pouring out of the heater core outlet..can't get a screw driver on it or anything. It's currently just leaking all over the floor and there doesn't seem to be anything a can do about it

You just gotta make shit work when you're dealing with these swaps!
Yea I guess you can't expect everything to work the first time with a swap as complicated as this.
This is what I'm looking at
(Lower one)
The clamp is like in the fire wall

The screw on the clamp was about 2mm away from the firewall and pointed towards it..anyway I took all the hoses out, hammered the crap out of the firewall, repositioned the clamps and tightened them with a socket. So far no leaks
I'm just waiting on a MAF now..

Damn I ordered one off ebay a few days ago..I have exactly one week to have this thing driving (For the vintage). I found a set of race land coil overs for sale locally but my oil pan is already scary close to the ground. Is everyone running custom skid plates or did we get lucky with m20 skid plate fitment?
Looking forward to seeing your car at bimmefest Justin.

I'm not sure about skid plate fitment, but we are very lucky that we have a seperate, easily replaceable, cheap, steel lower pan. Maybe keep a spare one, a 10mm socket, and a few quarts of oil in the trunk until you get used to what you can/can't drive over?
I'm pretty low and haven't had any issues. My m50 oil pan was a lot lower then this m60 pan.
