I have had injectors and AFM with a dyno run (to show my AFM was mistuned....and after correcting it, i confirmed it was the issue with quicker 1/4 passes)

And now I have injectors after our stock injectors being taxed out on a dyno with the 93 octane chip. One of us will get on that eventually......

I should have been on the dyno with Mark by now guys, sorry my head killed itself.

Also, there will be a chip developed on the rollers using my car for the M30 AFM and M50/S50 17# injectors. So everyone can stop arguing and just buy the proper software. :D

Mystikal, is that with stock AFM metering or two teeth out?

Please go stock, then post the dyno results

Not sure what you meant, but I'll post my plans. Mark may have a different logic, but this is what I propose.

1: Baseline run. Stock chip, stock AFM.
2: Tuning. Stock AFM, testing the existing 93 chip and making improvents if possible. Will create a proper dyno comparison of Mark's software with stock (to quiet the non-believers).
3: Baseline run. Stock chip, M30 AFM. Running until we get the A/F right adjusting the wheel on the AFM. This will also provide a real graph of the gains from the M30 AFM alone.
4: Tuning. M30 AFM, live software mapping. Brand new chip being developed, high hopes for this one.
5: HFM software. Keep your eyes open for this, it should be a very reasonably priced MAF/HFM conversion for our cars.

And that's it. Hopefully the ball will get rolling soon, and you guys will have some concrete info and products available before long.

Jay, are the baseline runs going to all have the 19lb injectors?

Here, seeing as this nation/generation is becoming illiterate at understanding anything that isnt a written write-up, with step by step instructions and pictures for the uber illiterate... I give you....

                  A PICTURE!!!!

This is a spark plug, from an engine that has been running lean. The amount of destruction of this spark plug is sufficient to cause hot spotting, and melt a hole... yes, a HOLE in your piston... Thus, like TJ said, destroying your engine. Running lean is very very very common for those who install an M30 AFM and keep stock injectors. Or install an m30 afm even with upgraded injectors, and fail to tune the car properly.

But hey... that was a lot of words for short attention spans... onto the pics! ;)

(Due Credit goes to M3Pilot on S14.net for the picture, and Magnus/S14.net for photo hosting.)
                  Below the radar...

Sorry, yeah, all with 17.5lb/hr S50 sprayers. Shouldn't affect the baseline at all though (I still have my old baseline A/F graphs to compare in case).

My new head is broken in now, I'm going to get in touch with Mark soon guys.
