B/c i put his shop number and the car and etc, its good advertisement anyways. gonna take it to the track, dedicated track car. Houston just opend a new multi-million dollar facility called "Motorsport Ranch" its gonna be dedicated to the track. I want a track car I wont worry about too much, something im not afraid to push to the absolute limits without having to worry if it gets banged up and etc .... hence "budget beater"

update: Grille ...
Well I finally got around to doing the grille. I chose to use Krylon Fusion b/c it bonds very well to plastic if you do the prep work properly and follow instructions. Its one of the very few spray paints that is actually designed to bond to plastic and be chip resistant (after 7 days). At first i thought the whole grille was plastic and was just coated in chrome but it was infact metal as i soon found out once i did the prep work and sanded down the chrome. either way Krylong Fusion bonds to metals as well. I then cleaned the grille with windex (amonia based cleaner as instructed on the can). I then painted the grille doing a light coat ever 30 seconds - 1 min (as instructed on the bottle) and continued the process doing about 8-10 light coats. The whole process took about 30 min and was relatively pain free. I am VERY happy with the results, I will also be doing the headlight grilles as well to match. The thing I like about the Krylong gloss black finish is it basically eliminates all the steps, its a primer, paint and clear all in one essentially. Anyways heres the results....

One would think that if you were going for a "budget" model, you'd be planning out mods and finding ways to do them on a low expense method. Instead, you're buying random 50 dollar ebay shit mods and throwing them at a 200k+ shitbox beat to hell e30. "Oh, here's a fuel mod", "oh, here's a cosmetic mod", "oh here's an intake mod", "oh, now it's time for a fully built up engine managment system, to compliment an otherwise tired down on power worn out stock m20"- there's no rhyme or reason to what you're doing.
