Car cranking, but not starting(Now with spark!)

It's cool. It's just one of this problems that is extremely detail oriented, and I k ow it's an 8 page thread. I should update the OP.

I do plan on checking the coil for signal. I need a helper though so it has to wait till tonight. I tried last night with the Multi Meter on the negative(pin 1) and body ground and when cranking I never get continuity. But I think what I should have done was across pin 1 and 15 (positive on coil)

Just yank the pos and throw in a m50 do a budget swap.

I need to figure out why this isn't starting first I think. Or at least nail down it's not the existing harness. Otherwise the swap wouldn't solve my problem.

I could though. Cause it would be a new motor,harness,ecu and depending if you get from a parts car coil and other things. Plus now that you said m30 swap that's the only logical thing I can think of lol. I need to see a calypso m30e30 on some style 5's.

Im doing a m30b35 swap. Slowly but its still a swap. m30's just look proper in the e30. Almost as pretty as a s54 lol

They sure do. All done. I got a 799/1000 in one class. 1 single point from a B. :hitler: I am still pissed about it.


I'm kinda at a stand still with the car. I'm at this point where I don't know what to do. I might go to the two local indie shops and talk with the mechanics to see what they say. I know one has a m20 swapped e21 turbo. At this point I'm stumped.
