light weight flywheel

My car does this also, and I have a stock m20 flywheel bolted to the m50, but I noticed that it goes away when I press the clutch.
I've always known this problem to be the throw-out bearing rattling back and forth.

Has anyone here done a M20 flywheel swap in a M42 engine?
I have a E30 318is and I am investigating this as a possibility for when I have to next do the clutch.
I have read through this " M20 Flywheel Conversion for the M42" and was just wondering if anyone here has actually done one so I can ask a few questions.
