As stated, the solution is 96+ M3 control arms. Treehouse cabs have the same offset as M3 cabs, just lower profile and stiffer so they will not change your castor at all.

I do not know for certain why the M3's front wheels are not centered but a shorter wheel base allows faster turn in and steering response as well as a smaller turning radius, all good things in a sports car, even if it looks dorky.

Other than the above and $400 for new arms, the only drawback is if you run larger tires and lower suspension. It is possible for them to rub in front of the wheel at full lock. This can be countered by running the stock suspension though.

Also, I have always considered the M3 CABS as camber bushings... meaning they add negative camber.

They have nothing to do with camber, they do change toe slightly while increasing caster though.

You can beg to differ all you want, but the real difference is in the caster. If anything, they will slightly reduce camber.

M3 eccentric cabs only change caster if replacing non M3 centered bushings. Since OP already has eccentric bushings, the only way to increase caster angle is changing the arms themselves. For camber adjustment, he could switch to motorsport strut mounts but that will not address the wheel centering issue.

OP, the angle between the e30 M3 aluminum and e30 M3 steel control arms is the same.

No. I'm not providing a link. I'm pointing out basic geometry. The offset arms move the outer balljoint further off of perpendicular, which pulls them in.

In order to gain meaningful camber, you need to shift the OUTER balljoint out.

If I remember correctly, the aluminum e30 m3 CA's have the same geometry as the steel regular ones.

Cab, are your CABs installed right? Lorin's picture shows the correct way.
