Needs to be replaced every time, correct? Searech turned up nothing, oddly enough.

they tend to rust/strip, and they're cheap, so no reason not to replace them..

don't need it, lugs will hold it on there fine. i don't know of anyshops that actually put them back in when rotors are done, they're a pain in the ass to get out next time anyway.

              Antiseize baby!

I betcha you'll have a hell of a time trying to start your lug bolts if your rotor is:
-1- not staying in place trying to fall of
-2- staying in place, but rotating as you rotate the wheel making it quite an interesting affair.

I think the above 2 should make it worthwhile to put that screw back in. As I mentioned use antiseize and hand tighten it only.

that's because they're too lazy and too cheap to buy 50 cents worth of screws..

PB Blaster, 5 mm allen wrench. What is so hard about it?

If its just hand tightened it should be purdy easy to loosen it by hand as well with the 5mm allen wrench.

Replacements came with my brembo rotors. Used PB Blaster and had no issue. Put anti sieze on them before replacing. Help keep rotor on their so you can get your wheels on.
