        In extreame cases yes, but it wouldnt do anything if the tires were running parrallel. I'll replace the TA but if it one i put in from a junk yard is tweaked too im gunna be pissed

              If both rear tires were like that, yes, it would cause wear, because the front isn't like that so they will fight eachother.
