I'd be happy with that price. Actually, I'd verify that they are indeed the correct Bilstein iX HD's, part number 34-002513. My wholesale account price is $118/each, and your link says $111. And that link says 'NLA', actually. If the order does go through, I'd be surprised if an actual set of Bilstein HD's show up at your door, especially for $222 shipped.

Here is an OE replica of the ix hd http://www.fcpeuro.com/products/bils...ix-oem-110-336

I could save $100.. and get these revalved at a later time.

Sounds like something I'd say I'd do then wouldn't, lol.
Maybe call Bilstein HQ and ask to purchase re-valved ones from the start?

Thatd be the smartest thing to do, but neither budget or time friendly for me. I think I am going with the cheaper (correct) ones tomorrow morning if noone chimes in to say they wont work.

                  The sachs OEM ones?
I hope you don't plan on going anything over the rate of 300 for your springs or it's going to be Cadillac bounce city.

how would this work? corrados I thought were an entire strut setup instead of inserts.

From what I remember its the vr6 that has the strut as one piece.

I call bullshit. There is no way that the rwd sport/hd are one strength, and the ix hd's for a slightly heavier car are halved.

Honestly if you arent getting custom valving, konis, or something expensive, then get thr billy sport/hd

Lol, you're right, Bilstein publishes false specs for their products.

                            34-002513 supercedes P36-0251

Same basic insert, probably some slight internal differences. Unless Turner stocks them and has the P36-0251 on the shelf, they likely be sending you the 34-002513 anyway

Mind explaining what the numbers mean for me please?
Also COLL/EXT? I'm guessing the bottom is rebound and compression.
